Personal Trainer: Brooke Rubatino

Brooke Rubatino began her training career in 2009 after completing the rigorous six-month program at the National Personal Training Institute in Seattle. This comprehensive course provided an in-depth understanding of physical movement, anatomy, and nutrition, igniting Brooke’s deep desire to help people live their best lives.
Before becoming an independent trainer, Brooke honed her skills at Gold’s Gym, Mieko’s Fitness, and Professional Fitness. She ultimately chose to pursue independent training to foster more personal interactions with clients, preferring an environment not driven by corporate objectives.
Brooke is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their optimal selves. She firmly believes that enhancing physical, emotional, and mental well-being makes life more enjoyable and sustainable, and she strives to make the journey both effective and fun.
